RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
• Products must be in new (unused) condition.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Exchanges are not accepted.
• Returns are available for customers in the United States only.
2. Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
Only new and unused products are eligible for return. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer may not qualify for a refund.
4. Return Method
All returns must be shipped back by mail. Please follow the steps below:
• Contact our support team to initiate a return request.
• Package the item securely in its original or equivalent packaging.
• Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
5. Return Shipping Label
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Koyo Dental does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of the product.
6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of USD $15.00 will be deducted from your refund amount for all approved returns.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items returned after the 30-day return window.
• Items that have been used or are not in new condition.
• Exchange requests (not accepted).
